2. Red Meat; steak, crushed beef, bacon, pork chops, etc.
3. Coffee; caffeine = bad!
4. Alcohol; it can trigger attacks
5. Egg Yolk; replace that one egg with 2 egg white instead
6. Salad dressings; ranch, Italian, etc = bad!, they will trigger attacks
